Postage

I have set postage according to my estimation of cost however, if you order from me and the postage is less than charged, I will return any surplus postage when your order is dispatched.

Returns

I will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase however goods must be in their original packaging and the fault clearly explained. I will not accept used stamps, ink pads nor glue unless it is deemed faulty.

 

There are NO returns on Scrapbook Pages or cards hand made by Julie unless they are deemed damaged or faulty. If this should occur the faulty or damaged goods must be returned and a replacement will be sent upon receipt.

 

Any goods returned will be refunded minus the postage originally charged for sending the item out.

 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation 72 hours before class - full refund

Cancellation on day of class - Kit provided with full instructions.

No show - Class and kit are forfeit. NO refund will be given.

Items lost in post

In the unfortunate event that a parcel does not arrive please take the following steps:

 

Send an email to ladiesthatcraft@live.co.uk with details of the items missing and confirming that they have not been received. (Please allow 10 working days before writing as per post office forms).

 

I will request a refund from the post office and either issue a refund or refil the order within 8 days of receiving your email.
